CHC’s 2015 Policy Forum & Housing Hall of Fame Awards was held at Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel on May 13. Close to three hundred affordable housing leaders spent the day hearing from insightful housing experts, participated in an engaging crowd sourcing panel with knowledgeable and diverse panelists from across the state and honoring seven heroes in our field who have made a substantial contribution towards advancing affordable housing throughout California.

The California Housing Consortium, in conjunction with CAL-ALHFA, hosted a workshop July 18th, sponsored by CHASE, entitled “What’s Next? The New Reality for Affordable Housing.” Attended by over 75 people, the workshop provided an opportunity to hear from a distinguished list of speakers and ask questions about the implementation of recently passed RDA dissolution and opt-in legislation.
