CHC Institute
CHC Institute is a 501(c)3 non-profit public benefit corporation that since 2004 has been committed to providing education and advocacy for championing housing policy issues in California ranging from sustaining catalytic public funding to improving land use planning and pursuing regulatory reforms; CHC does not sponsor specific legislation but rather, by virtue of being a statewide ‘big tent’ organization representing the development, building, financial, and public sectors, CHC works to examine housing policy initiatives and build non-partisan consensus for enhancing the delivery of affordable housing for low-to-moderate income Californians.
