As a member of CHC, you will have the opportunity to attend a variety of affordable housing-related forums where you can meet, interact and exchange ideas with developers, lenders and others who are concerned about housing issues in California.
CHC members can obtain information that will keep them and their colleagues fully informed of new issues affecting affordable housing at the State and federal levels. You will have the opportunity to be an advocate for affordable housing through endorsement letters and position papers. CHC members host tours of innovative housing developments and holds events with key members of Congress and the State Legislature to discuss issues directly affecting the supply of affordable housing in California. Through your support and involvement, you will be able to directly contribute to the growth and development of affordable housing solutions across the state.

Annual membership fees vary depending on the type of membership for which you qualify:  

Annual Membership Dues 
Individuals                                                                   
Basic  - $250                              
Sustaining - $500

Government Agencies
 Basic - $500
Sustaining - $1000

Non-Profit Agencies                                                    
Small (Less than $500,000 annual revenue) - $250  
Medium ($500,000 to $1 million annual revenue) - $500
Large  (Greater than $1 million annual revenue) - $1000

For-Profit Agencies
Small (Fewer than 50 employees) - $500
Medium  (50 to 100 employees) - $1000
Large (More than 100 employees) - $1500

Please note that contributions made to our 501(c)(3) entity, CHC Institute, are tax-deductible.  Just make your check out to “CHC Institute” 369 Pine Street, Suite 310, San Francisco, CA  94104  to receive confirmation of your tax deduction.  The Tax ID number of the CHC Institute is 26-0097208.
