CHC Opposes SB16

While this urgency measure responds to the recent meltdown in the national financial market by making the State’s Low Income Housing Tax Credit refundable, it opens up a Pandora’s box of litigation over the payment of prevailing wages. CHC has previously opposed measures that require the payment of prevailing wages.

CHC Letter to Congress in Support of LIHTC Provisions

Attached is a letter that CHC sent to key legislators in both the House and Senate. You may want to use it as a template to craft your own letter to send to your representatives.
CHC Urges Restoration of Funding
