On Monday, February 25, 2013 CHC had its 1st Annual Homeownership Forum – Stabilizing Homeownership and Communities in the Post-Foreclosure World. Close to 150 housing-related professionals came together to learn from experts who discuss the response by state and federal agencies, the revolutionary programs and partnerships that private/non-profit groups have initiated, and the innovative approaches local entities have taken to address the foreclosure crisis.

Particularly interesting were keynote presentation from Carol Galante, Assistant Secretary and FHA Commissioner, Selma Hepp, CAR Senior Economist, and Carolina Reid, UC Berkeley Professor.
