Congrats to CHC members Eden Housing and the City of Pasadena for their 2014 Urban Land Institute Center for Housing awards! Eden Housing was a Jack Kemp Workforce Housing Models of Excellence Award winner for their Emerald Vista project in Dublin, CA.   The City of Pasadena received the Robert C. Larson Workforce Housing Public Policy Award, which recognizes innovative state and local policy initiatives that provide ongoing and sustainable support for workforce housing. Great work!
