This fall, draft guidelines were released for both the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities (AHSC) Program and the Veterans Housing and Homeless Prevention (VHHP) Program. State agencies held public stakeholder meetings throughout the fall and solicited written comments on both programs. CHC’s comments on both programs are available here:
