CHC Patron — $5,000 Annual Support

Full Membership includes all Basic Membership benefits, as well as the ability to participate in policy roundtables, task forces, and committees, and to be eligible for consideration to become a member of the Board of Directors or Board of Governors.
Basic Membership includes access to the monthly newsletter, policy updates and bulletins as they may be provided, and invitations to meet with legislators, the Hall of Fame luncheon and other special events as scheduled.
